10th Game at Wrigley Field

Yovani Gallardo pitched 7 great innings, 1 run, 10 strikeouts. The Brewers relieved Marco Estrada in the eighth leading 4-1 until it collapsed. Starlin Castro doubled home Fukudome, and Aramis Ramirez followed with his fifth homer, a two-run shot that tied it 4-all.  Starlin Castro had three hits, including a game-ending single in the 10th inning, and Chicago rallied past the Milwaukee Brewers 5-4 on Tuesday night.

9th Game at Wrigley Field

To start the day at Wrigley Field an usher came up to me and I thought he asked "How are you doing", I replied "Im good, how are you." He told me "How old are you" , I said "I am 17" (thinking I won fan of the game), he said "why are you drinking beer" , due to the fact that my brother's friend had a beer in a cup holder then he asked to see everyones ID's. WOW. This game was back and forth, the Brewers bullpen collapsed in the 8th by giving up the lead.

8th Game at Wrigley Field

The Cubs were up 4-0 on the Brewers with Carlos Zambrano on the mound. The 5th inning was a disaster for Big Z. He pitched over 40 pitches in the 5th inning. The Brewers capitalized with 5 runs with 2 outs in the 5th. Cubs came right back when Geovany Soto hit a bomb to left n the bottom of the 5th to tie the game. The Brewer's pitching was awful tonight. Gallardo 7 ER, Coffey 2 ER, Villanuieva 2 ER, Axford 1 ER. Brewer pitching walked 12 men, including 4 a piece by Derek Lee and Ryan Theriot.

7th Game at Wrigley Field

This game did not go very well from the start of the first inning. Derek Lee started off with a 3 run home run, then in the same inning Jake Fox hit a solo home run. The Brewers came back with a 2 run home run by Mike Cameron. The Cubs made another rally when Derek Lee hit a grand slam off Chris Smith. The Brewers were just trying to get more runs in. Prince Fielder hit his 10th career home run at Wrigley Field.

6th Game at Wrigley Field

The Brewers had just gotteen swept in a 4 game series vs the Phillies. The day before the game, Doug Melvin had fired Brewers manager Ned Yost. The new replacing manager was Dale Sveum. PRINCE FIELDER HAD 2 HOMERUNS THIS GAME. I CAUGHT THE FIRST ONE ON MY CAMERA. The Brewers came up short, they lost by one run as 2 runners were on for Prince Fielder but Kerry Wood threw a breaking ball to strike Fielder out looking in the 9th inning.

VIDEOS I TOOK:

5th Game at Wrigley Field

Me, Jonnie, my Dad, and Mr. Kroll went to this game where the Brewers pounded out 17 hits. Cameron, Hardy, Hart, and Hall all had 3 hits. Cameron was just coming off an suspension for MLB drug policy. NIGHT GAME!

4th Game at Wrigley Field

My brother(Jonnie), my dad, Kyle, and I went to this game. We were freezing the whole time. The temperature was 52 degrees. Also the wind off the lake made it feel like it was 30 degrees. We were cold during the whole game. We knew we were at Wrigley Field being out in the open.  I guess we are spoiled at Miller Park, always 62 degrees and a roof. The Brewers jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first until Dave Bush gave up 6 ER throughout the game.

3rd Game at Wrigley Field-  MY 1ST NIGHT GAME @ WRIGLEY FIELD

My brother(Jonnie), Kyle L., Mike W. and I went to the game. We found out about a bus company that transports you from PACE to Wrigley for $6 a round trip. It was a very good thing to do because that day traffic was all backed up. The Brewers came to town with a little excitement vs. the Cubbies. The Brewers jumped back into 2nd place with the victory from Ben Sheets. He faced strong throwing Carlos Zambrano. Ryan Braun hit a 2 run double that broke open the game. Corey Hart produced 3 hits this game.

2nd Game at Wrigley Field

My parents had gotten tickets from parents at their school. The whole family went to the game. We rode on a Van Galder Bus to Wrigley Field with a couple stops on the way. Mr Ebeling and Mr. and Mrs Kroll were on board as well. This game was absolutely a mess for the Phillies!  Cole Hamels gave up 5 runs in 2.0 IP. This game was homerun derby for the Cubbies. Aramis Ramirez, Michael Barrett, Angel Pagan, Phil Nevin for the Cubs all went deep.

1st Game at Wrigley Field

My first game ever was with Mr. Jim Kroll on a bus trip. He had extra tickets and called me at 10:00 P.M. and wanted to know if I would like to go to Wrigley Field the next day. I told him absolutely, I had never been there before. He showed me the best spots to buy big Gatorades for $2.00 instead of $6.00 in the park, hot dogs 2 for a $1 instead of $5.00 each. I saw 2 homeruns. Aramis Ramirez hit a 450 ft homerun. Michael Barrett hit the other at 434 ft.
